Placed an order (#***), which was delivered on 12/13/18 - it contained only two of the three products I ordered. Multiple emails back and forth with the company indicated the following:

On 12/18/18:
I will try and get one sent ASAP! But I am not sure if it will arrive in time for Christmas.

I am SO sorry that we made this mistake.

Will try and overnight it.

On 4/4/19 (after multiple attempted follow ups on my part):

First off, I want to apologize sincerely for the delay with your order. We've recently completely switched warehouses and have had quite a long delay causing us to hold off on manufacturing some of the bath bombs.

We're almost all moved in, and will be shipping everything out within the next week or so. Once again, we apologize sincerely for the delay and thank you so much for your patience and understanding.

Sent several more emails with no response and still haven't seen the product, nearly a year later.

I ordered back in Dec 2018 and have gotten nothing. I have contacted repeatedly and I got a tracking number after many months. Tracking number doesn't work and they won't respond. I want my money back

I ordered two bath bombs with Pokemon characters inside back on April 9 2019. An amount of $27.97 USD was deducted from my credit card. I had followed up with the company several times after not receiving shipping information. After nearly two months they provided me with GMXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX which since shows no tracking details. I have sent them about 5 emails since with no response. I would like a full refund now as I never received my items.

I placed an order on May 5th 2019 for 2 bath bombs, an alien one and a *** one. It is now August 9th and I have still not received my order with NUMEROUS attempts at emailing Sensbomb Inc. I asked them to re-ship my order or give me a refund with no response except "what's your address" which they should already know and a tracking number that when I click on it shows a red exclamation mark saying "not available". My order number is #XXXXX with the amount paid by *** debit as $24.13 US. There has been about 5 emails between us and now they won't even respond to me after I told them the tracking number they sent me doesn't work.

I would like this business to give me a refund.

I ordered from Sensbomb in June and after a month, I still had not received any tracking information. Emailed Sensbomb and received two auto-replies stating they would check with the warehouse and get back to me. I did not receive any other responses. I was tired of waiting and told them to cancel my order and refund me, as it was obvious they had no intention of actually sending me what I paid for. My account was debited the day I ordered it. I received one response stating when I received the order, I could return it for a refund. I cannot return something I didn't receive!! At this point they stopped communicating with me. I have a dispute open with *** attempting to get my refund that way, as the company has not and will not provide a telephone number. Once the dispute with *** was opened, I received an email stating my order was "fulfilled" and I was provided a *** tracking number. A few days later, I see no movement on the *** tracking, so I called them. *** confirmed that a tracking number was issued, but no goods were turned over to them for delivery. I was advised by *** I had to contact the shipper. Obviously, that is getting me no where as they won't respond to the only contact option available.

On May 8, 2019 I ordered a *** bath bomb via their online store (order #XXXXX, $16.23 USD). I did not receive any shipping information. On June 13th, I e-mailed them to request an update. I was told I would receive a tracking number ASAP. On June 29, I still had not received a tracking number, and proceeded to send them another e-mail and requested a refund. I received a reply on July 1st indicating they would follow up at the warehouse and send me an update. I replied on July 1st stating I no longer wanted the item and would prefer a refund. I e-mailed again July 4th and July 13th and have not received any further communication. I have not received any shipping information, nor have I received the ordered product, nor any kind of refund.

ordered product in dec 2018. its 4 months later, have not recieved my items. trying to get my money back. doesnt respond to emails. tried phoning their number, it doesn't work.

I purchased an item from this company 15 days ago, after 1 week of no shipping confirmation I emailed them- no response. I scoured their website and after a lot of searching found a shipping policy 2-15days MAX, okay. I looked for a phone number and found they have listed a number that doesn't belong to their company on their official *** page where comments are turned OFF- the only way to contact them is the email address I already wrote to. *** I sent a second email - no response. Three days ago, I sent a message through their contact form about my intent to report them to Revdex.com due to lack of shipping my product or response - nothing back.

Great company! Got my bath bombs super quick and they made me feel amazing

I purchased 2 sets of bath bombs from Sensbomb website on February 11th, 2019.
Had not received my order or any shipping updates so I emailed them starting on March 6th, 2019. No one has responded to me at all. I read on their website that normal delivery times are 3-15 days for U.S. orders and up to 20 days during "business season". Well we are almost at 30 days from purchase and nothing yet. Yet they are still able to keep sending me ads to my mailbox but not respond about my order. They charged my credit card on February 11th and has successfully received their payment. Need to know if I need to file a chargeback at this point.

I ordered my sensbomb back in January 2019 and never arrived, tried several time to reach them but I don't get any information on when will it ship. So frustrating I just wasted my money.

I have put my order in on January 21st and received a confirmation email my order was received and paid for VIA ***. Since then I have not received any notification my product has even been shipped after two emails asking about an update.

Desired Outcome

Either send me the product I paid for or send me a refund.

I purchased from sensbomb.com on Dec 14th 2018. They have not fulfilled my order, they have not provided any order follow up. They have however taken my money from my account. When I log onto the website it says order unfulfilled. I would like a full refund of my order. ***. I have requested contact from them and have not gotten a response.

We have followed up with *** with the tracking information, we were just awaiting it from the warehouse to forward to her. We are a small company with 2 employees, so we do have some longer processing times which are mentioned all across our website.

I will accept the delivery. They state it would take till after Christmas on their website but never responded on correspondence. It's amazing that the day they get the complaint they can ship the product.
