Unauthorized work performed on motorcycleNo receipts, no paperwork, no signature for repairs
The vehicle in question was picked up via trailer from my houseIt was also my only means of transportationDue to failure of the business to provide paperwork or receipts, I do not have specific dates or a Repair Orderthis was end of winter, around spring of about March or AprilI had asked to be pointed in a direction from the business owner as to what I might do to fix my bike myselfAs a friend, he offered his shop space to meI accepted his offerThe original agreement was that I was to be provided education to do the labor on my own bike, in exchange for helping in the shop The only thing I asked him to do, was a full rewire of the bikethe rest I could do myselfI informed him from the beginning I would pay for parts as they were installedThis was the mutual agreementHe ripped the bike apart and let it sit for weeksI came in after work every day for several m
I gave this company my motorcycle,and my insurance check after I was involved in an accident,it has been almost months and I still dont have it back
I was in an accident aug 6th I was rear ended by a drunk driver in a car while I was waiting at a red light on my motorcycleThe bike was picked up and directly brought to ruthless cyclesI gave him the check for my insurance to have it repaired within that weekWhich was dollarsDuring that time I had volunteered my time at his shop to try to help out however I coulf because he had been telling me how bad the shop was doingMe needing my bike to get fixed, did everything I could to help, until months agoI just basically realized that he had spent all my money on other bikes is now unable to afford fixing my bikeNow asking me to hive more money to him to finish the bikeHe will not produce receipts for anything and is holding my bike and several other bikes as hostage because he knows that the law wont help anybod
