I bought a new sensus water meter on internet. It is broken. They won't honor their warranty. I see nothing in warranty to exclude my meter I purchased meter from [redacted]. The company referred me to distributor they sold it to. The distributor denies having sold this meter. Called company again and they told me to call person I purchased it from. The person is an individual. He cannot fix the meter. I would like them simply to honor their warranty. I see nothing in the warranty that excludes online purchases.Desired Settlementsimply want a functioning meter. I will send fro repair/replacement
