Review: On the [redacted] of March of this year, I went to Sent NY to mail a box -uninsured- (insurance for a service that is supposed to actually happen should not be necessary) of 6 brand new art books to be mailed to [redacted]. They charged me for the shipment, gave me a tracking number and the box never arrived we are now on the [redacted] of May. The tracking number says that the item was scanned for pick up but that it was never received by [redacted]. I called the local [redacted] office and they tell me that they never received it. I have been to the store and looked to see if it was still in their location, it is not and even though I did not look in every single corner, the worker there assured me that it was not there. The manager refuses to call and return my calls or to respond to my requests for an explanation.Desired Settlement: replace the 6 new art books I sent and refund for mailing charges.
