In this case, as clearly stated on our website, we would edit the order to take 20% off the highest priced item. We had over 100 individuals take advantage of the sale that day including about 15 who entered the code incorrectly. We edited each order as we explained we would on the website. When Morteza contacted us we explained in detail that he may have misread the promotion but that it was not a problem - we would issue a full refund + the cost of returning the items. To date Morteza has not returned the items and has sent us numerous threatening emails. We have sent multiple emails (documentation can be provided at the Revdex.com's request) trying to remedy the error only to be met with hostility.
