I am rejecting this response because: there is failure on the part of this contractor to accept responsibility and directly address issuesFor example, an independent flooring contractor states "the floor was improperly installed and is not due to water moisture" When the contractor walked off, the shower was not usable and corrected by another party

This owner has been given way more repair work that is deserved. This owner can be manipulative on reported issues and often hear reports that the owner is rude to anyone I send into the house. People have said to me they don't want to work this house because of the owner's
attitude and demeanor. This owner has blamed us for issues which were not caused by our work. In summary, this complaint is lacking substance and ignoring many facets of the whole picture.The floor issue in the master bedroom was caused by a moisture change that was initiated when owner made ill advised changes, listed below. *** was not aware of these at the time and any "open admission" was premature and incorrect. Here are the changes by the owner that affected moisture levels in crawl space below the floor: 1) Illegally cut down a COA certified protected tree which had many roots in the area.2) Illegally built out a deck without COA or condo permissions. The deck caused evaporation and drainage issues.3) Added a gutter system which drained directly into the corner where the floor issues now exist.The shower "issues" were from a job that was not yet complete (thus the poor quality). We were not able to continue due to the working conditions with the owner being unacceptable, and my attempts at mediation were not given proper attention (even though this was $3,of free work I was giving to the client as a peace offering - boy do I wish I could take that back!). The "separate" contractor who "fixed" everything was actually from our same company and warranty at Loved Homes of Garden Street, LLC, and included some of the same laborers only with a changed work environment. The other issues mentioned were addressed sufficiently (if in fact they were issues we were responsible for). When I stepped away from the menacing situation, all facts were not relayed to *** by the client, and my attempts at conveying information were ignored by all parties
