I am rejecting this response because:In an email dated 10/4/16"you can return any codes ordered for fall for full store credit with us."If the website said no returns why stated it later?I would like some of my money backNo store credit because the school is not ordering from this publisher anymore

[redacted], I confirmed with the bookstore that they will in fact be ordering from us as normal for fall. I am sorry for any bad feelings, and I want to make this right. We will honor all returns from your store moving ahead, including issuing a full credit for this disputed order and allowing full returns moving ahead.

and require the book. I explained this to the bookstore. I do not know why students did not buy from his store. We have a no returns policy which started in the fall semester. This is clearly posted on our website at this URL - [redacted]It reads: Returns Policy:Effective Fall 2016, Sentia Publishing will no longer accept returns from bookstore partners. All orders will be final. This includes print products and ebook access codes. Returns will be honored for all current orders. We do not accept ebook or print product returns from individual book buyers. This policy was in effect BEFORE the bookstore ordered. I would be happy to provide some codes free of charge to the bookstore to make up for any bad feelings. These codes are what the student uses to buy the ebooks. I think this is a reasonable offer. I did speak with the bookstore, and I explained our return policy before he bought from us. This policy is uniform for all customers.
