Apologies if our bookkeeper did not respond promptly or give you enough information re: your account and our policies.
There was only a partial Month billed on the initial Month and a partial Month of service on the final Month this would equal 36 Months....
There are no partial Month refunds as our service providers do not refund partial Months to us.
In addition the $99.00 alarm activation fee was not billed, nor was the cellular or interactive activation's billed.

Looks like there was a communication error. (on our part) [redacted] only needed to inform [redacted] of the 30 day notice required to cancel as stated in the contract.The December auto bill had already been processed and sent to our 3rd party service that does our Monthly billing.That...

Customer decided to upgrade to a more advanced interactive system. Equipment upgrades at both locations are in progress now.
