Obviously Sentinel is a monitoring service that monitors the whereabouts of individuals placed on probation by our judicial system. It amazes me that I receive calls from Sentinel on my sons cell phone asking for him, when he is in a program 40 miles outside the city. Sentinel calls to tell him to contact his Probation Officer because his ankle monitor is not working properly. Why doesn't Sentinel contact the PO? Don't they know where this individual is or where their device is? No wonder they can't keep track of people. I receive calls any time of day or night and am upset they can't conduct business any better than this. What's the use of having the person on probation wear the device if the company can't track it? If the device is defected, they it should be replaced by Sentinel or the Probation Dept. This system is a joke!
