My wife & I had a couple of days off & thought to stay at Sunset Harbor overlooking the Lake We booked the Studio room, got there at 3pm found out our room faces the parking lotOk, we decided that we'll still enjoy ourselves, dropped our stuff in the room, noticed the stained, cigarette burned carpeting and went out to site-see & have dinner Came back at 7pm to watch the sunset by the lake and later went to our room to watch a movie for the night No TV!! Old big box TV with no picture reception at all Our neighbor had TV and tried to help, but nothing would work We tried to call, but there's no help after 5pm We also noticed that one has to use plunger on toilet each time you use it We had paid for nites, but knew we can't do another like this & called & left message that we would leave in am In morning manager said that we get no refund and they are not responsible for ANYTHING! When one goes here, you sign a paper that you are responsible for many thingsbut they are responsible for NOTHING?? This room should have never been rented out! We didn't ask for our 1st nite refund, but expected our 2nd nite amount returned They wouldn't do it! We could have stayed at a motel/hotel for half the price & gotten so much more!
I was forced into giving up my timeshare after I paid $7,because I was told that the timeshare would no longer be a part of RCI I was also forced into purchasing a lifetime vacation club membership for $1,plus dollars with a yearly renewal fee of $ My contact person was Audrey *** and her husband The husband was very rude so I would not deal with him so his wife begin calling me I sold my paid in full timeshare for pennies because I was told I had a short window to make a decision or I would lose an opportunity to purchase the vacation club which was better then timeshare because I would not have to pay the annual maintenance fees My timeshare was taken away from me in September and I renewed the vacation membership again in September for $and I have never used the services I was online today trying to book a hotel for my birthday next month and my log in information is invalid which raised a red flag I started researching the compa
