Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[redacted] changed the mailing address without my permission or any notification to me. This was done because my former domestic partner moved out and changed only his mailing address. The home is owned by myself and my former partner jointly.  I have no problem paying the assessment plus a $5 late fee per month. What I disagree with is the $120 "lien filing" fee and $25.50 "demand letter"  fee. Had [redacted] mailed notification to the property address which is and has always been my mailing address my assessments would have been paid. I had no clue such fees were being racked up because I was never notified anything was past due.  Again I'm asking at a BARE MINIMUM the $120 fee be waived. Let me reiterate I never received any written notification that the monthly assessment was past due and [redacted] chose to change the mailing address when only one of the joint owners relocated. Im not even going to address the sub par 'service' or rather lack thereof when attempting to contact this collection agency. There is absolutely no acceptable reason for it. I didn't even mention the message you hear when calling this collection company....it's quite terse and a bit rude directing callers DO not do this do not call more than once... Um hire more people or answer the phone!!!! There is zero excuse for running an unprofessional phone presence for any business. I did not return the phone message I received for several reasons, mainly I wanted my fee breakdown which I have now received and because I had already filed this Revdex.com complaint and I prefer written communication for situations like this. I assume that that this company will choose not to waive the fees mentioned above well because they don't have to. I am at their mercy since the late assessment fees are for an [redacted] and they simply put a lien on my property if I'm behind. This would certainly be fair if the [redacted] didn't change the mailing address for the property. I do realize the USPS notified them of an address change however it was not for both owners!! No due diligence was done on the part of this company or [redacted].
Regards,

To Whom It May Concern:Please review the statement provided. As you can see from February 2015 thur June 2015 there were no payments. Assessments are $20.00 monthly. Late fees are assessed on the last day of the month which are $5.00 and an Administration Fee of $15.00 [redacted]...

automatically adds to all delinquent accounts. Due to Lack of payment, a lien was put on the property on June 4, 2015. On June 16,2015 this account came into out department and to work the account its $35.50. Ms. [redacted] called on July 7,2015and left a voicemail. I returned her phone call on July 8th at 11 am and left a voicemail. She called me onJuly gth and left a voicemail and I returned her phone call on the lOth of July and left a voicemail at 3:30 pm. She called me on July lOth and left a voicemail frustrated with having to leave voicemails. I returned her call on the 13th of July and left  a voicemail and gave her [redacted]s phone number asking her to call them and ask for me and I would be able to pick up the phone.  I never heard from  her.We are in the same complex as [redacted] for we are in-house collections but there are only 2 of us in this department with  over 900 people in collections. This is a hectic office. There are times we have to play phone tag with homeowners and often times we have to ask if the homeowner will leave a time when they will be available. We have two lines into our office. The reason our lines come across is blocked is simply because we have three lines going out and we can't have people calling us back on our backlines. I apologize for the inconvenience but this is how [redacted] set up this department. With that said, back to the balance. Ms [redacted] paid $200.00 on July 10, 2015 which leaves her a balance of$105.50. If balance is not paid by the last day late fees will be added which are out of my control  thenAugust assessment will be added.

This matter has been fully and amicably resolved with Ms. [redacted].

I received a letter from this Collection agency. States I owe $601.50. With no description of charges. They are giving me 10 days from the letter to pay or contact them before they take legal matter. I have called this place with only one phone number provided multiple times (50) no answer. The answering service states they are receiving a unusual number of calls. Understandable, but with that many calls you will not get through to a representative. I have called them today and left a voicemail hoping to receive a call back. The letter is dated July, 10. I checked my mail on the 15th. I have 5 days left. I am expecting a call on July 17, and if I do not get the call We will be going into the weekend and I assume this company will slap this bill on my credit report and possibly take legal action against me. All I am looking to do is get a better description of the charges and if legitimate I have no issue paying. But I fear I will not get the call I am expecting. This is the kind of Business that puts people in trouble not due the persons lack of action but due to this businesses lack of support.

To Whom It May Concern:After receiving your letter dated July 15, 2015, concerning the above-referenced complaint, l spoke with the Complainant and the matter has been resolved amicably and a new payment plan has been agreedto. Thank you.
