Joey, Thanks for reaching out as I have been waiting on your reply from the message I sent you Via Facebook messenger on Wednesday July 5'th at 8:27PM and it shows that you have seen it Ill get a few more details in this so the Revdex.com can make the choice as if this complaint is appropriate to be against my Business The vehicle was Sold as is and I am still willing to pay for half of the repairs ($1300) is half that as a AS IS SALE I don't have to doThe truck was my personal truck I bought for myself, yes I bought it and put it under my dealership (for insurance purposes) but never once had it on my lot for sale and drove it for Months with no issues and when I sold it the truck had 229,miles on it and is a diesel with a performance chip in it that I originally took out when I sold it but he demanded it be back in there to clear a check engine light that came on so I put it back in there for him on the lowest setting but after that I have no clue if he turned it up all the way causing the Head gasket to fail, again still willing to pay for half of the work when I don't have to He took the truck prior to buying it and had it fully inspected at his choice of shop(s) in town and came back with a clean bill of health and preceded to want to buy the truck after the inspection(s) he had done I told him to drop the truck off in the morning many times to get a proper diagnostic inspection done to confirm the head gaskets failed and he just stops by after work at 3:30pm (still driving the truck) which is not good for a vehicle if the head gaskets are bad and then just tells us what its doing, never giving us the time to get it diagnosedHe says they're bad since he put a rubber glove over the coolant cap and it blew up the balloonAnd yet again, i'm taking his word and still willing to pay for half of it I have never once raised my voice nor argued with him nor have I ever stated I would pay for the whole job then change my storyI stated I would price it out and I am here to help take care of the issue, once I get the estimates from the couple shops I had quote it out and told him when he stopped by after work I would pay for half he instantly got pissed off and started yelling this is bt and started pointing his finger at my face and yelling that its not fair, When I truly thought he would have been super happy that I am willing to pay for half when on a as is sale I don't need to help at all and any other dealer wouldn't help I am here to help but I will not be taken advantage ofThe truck Blue book value is $23,and he paid $17,for the truck, so he still got a heck of a deal as there is $6,of positive equity in the truckMinus $and still have $4,on it of positive equity and now have a freshened up engine that you wont have to worry about again Plus the truck has about $in aftermarket stuff, wheels, tires, fender flares, exhaust, tuner, egr delete ect ect

I just wanted to let you know that Jesse [redacted] at highline motorsports has completely taken care of everything that we had issues with on the truck and I am one hundred percent satisfied with him and his businessSo I would like you to take the business name of the Revdex.com websiteThank you

Joey, Thanks for reaching out as I have been waiting on your reply from the message I sent you Via Facebook messenger on Wednesday July 5'th at 8:27PM and it shows that you have seen it.  Ill get a few more details in this so the Revdex.com can make the choice as if this complaint is appropriate...

to be against my Business.  1. The vehicle was Sold as is and I am still willing to pay for half of the repairs ($1300) is half that as a AS IS SALE I don't have to do. 2. The truck was my personal truck I bought for myself, yes I bought it and put it under my dealership (for insurance purposes) but never once had it on my lot for sale and drove it for 7 Months with no issues and when I sold it the truck had 229,000 miles on it and is a diesel with a performance chip in it that I originally took out when I sold it but he demanded it be back in there to clear a check engine light that came on so I put it back in there for him on the lowest setting but after that I have no clue if he turned it up all the way causing the Head gasket to fail, again still willing to pay for half of the work when I don't have to.  3. He took the truck prior to buying it and had it fully inspected at his choice of shop(s) in town and came back with a clean bill of health and preceded to want to buy the truck after the inspection(s) he had done.  4. I told him to drop the truck off in the morning many times to get a proper diagnostic inspection done to confirm the head gaskets failed and he just stops by after work at 3:30pm (still driving the truck) which is not good for a vehicle if the head gaskets are bad and then just tells us what its doing, never giving us the time to get it diagnosed. He says they're bad since he put a rubber glove over the coolant cap and it blew up the balloon. And yet again, i'm taking his word and still willing to pay for half of it.  5. I have never once raised my voice nor argued with him nor have I ever stated I would pay for the whole job then change my story. I stated I would price it out and I am here to help take care of the issue, once I get the estimates from the couple shops I had quote it out and told him when he stopped by after work I would pay for half he instantly got pissed off and started yelling this is bt and started pointing his finger at my face and yelling that its not fair, When I truly thought he would have been super happy that I am willing to pay for half when on a as is sale I don't need to help at all and any other dealer wouldn't help.  6. I am here to help but I will not be taken advantage of. The truck Blue book value is $23,475 and he paid $17,500.00 for the truck, so he still got a heck of a deal as there is $6,000 of positive equity in the truck. Minus $1300.00 and still have $4,700.00 on it of positive equity and now have a freshened up engine that you wont have to worry about again.  Plus the truck has about $2500 in aftermarket stuff, wheels, tires, fender flares,  exhaust, tuner, egr delete ect ect.

Joey, Thank you for taking the time to reply. I will put a response for each statement you have to make this easy. Joe- First off he told me that he would take care of any issues.HLM Response- I told you I am here to help which I am even on a AS IS sale, I never once said I would cover the full cost of repairs to a truck with 229,000 miles with a tuner in it and you had fully inspected by your choice of mechanic and it passed all you tests.  Joe-I have had nothing but problems with the truck since I bought it all he has been doing is putting bandaids on it. HLM Response- I told you numerous times to drop the truck off so we could have it properly diagnosed, you never did, you kept driving it and would stop for a few minutes after you were done with work at 3:30pm. So yes we did whatever we could to try and figure out the issue in the few minutes we had to look at it.  I was willing to have 3 different diesel shops diagnose it and give me an estimate on repairs so we could figure it out properly and know exactly what we were looking at, you never did so I had those shops give me an estimate for Head gasket job without even looking at the truck and then offered you the 50/50 warranty option.  Joe-If you look at the purchase agreement that he has sent you. You will see that it is cut off of the bottom cause I never signed the agreement as is. If you look at my attachments I sent you will clearly see I never signed the agreement of the truck sale.HLM Response- As I stated in the last response, this was MY personal truck and you bought it AS is from me. It was not stickered up or on my car lot for sale EVER. That paperwork is what I had to use to send to your banker so she knew the information on the truck and the amount for the truck with the tax ect.ect. You have a copy of that paper work that you got when you got the loan and the truck. You agreed to it when you took out the loan for the truck and you agreed to it when you got the truck from me as you never once said you wanted or needed a warranty with the truck or you would not buy the truck. You signed the registration paperwork as that's what gets sent to the state and that also has the purchase price on it also and doesn't state anything about a warranty. Again, I am willing to help you with your issues even when I don't have to. I'm really trying to get you to see that.  Joe- And also I have never did any damage to the truck like he is saying. HLM Response- If you look back at my last response I never said YOU DID damage, I said I don't know if you turned up the tuner and that caused it. I never once pointed my finger straight at you, simply stating I am not sure what cause it.     I am truly sorry that you're unhappy but I have been trying to do what is fair for you. You bought a used truck that has a tuner with 229,000 miles and I'm still willing to put a 50/50 warranty on it until this Friday 7/21/2017 ending at noon. If the truck isn't dropped off by Cole Ule at Blown Black Performance in Chili WI to be fixed by then the offer to pay for half is gone and we can continue in court then as I am bending over backwards and my back is about to break on a deal I am being very fair on.    Regards,Jesse [redacted] ([redacted])

Thank you for bringing this to my attention, I apologize that it has been brought to this instead of talking it out to figure out a resolution once I got back from Texas.  Let me start with on the purchase contract you signed the night you called me after hours ( I still came into town to...

assist you) to test drive the 2004 Trailblazer with 225,000 miles, in the warranty section it states SOLD AS IS. That means you are taking the vehicle as is and where is with no warranty and any issues that come up with be your responsibility. Even though it states that I still worked with you on the transmission and covered all the labor to have it installed which I didn't have to but I wouldn't feel rite without helping in some way shape or form. Once it was done you guys picked it up and a week later I get a call stating you have it at one of the most expensive and there is another leak. of course this is possible as the vehicle has high miles, I then had you drop off the estimate and it went from 1200$ at [redacted] to $300 range in parts and I said I would cut my labor rate way down for you to help you out, so the $1200 bill would have been cut down to less than half. When I sold the vehicle to you there was no issues besides the check engine light do to a sensor that doesn't effect anything drivability wise and I stated that to you rite away and also stated when you asked will it be a good vehicle "it should do you well but it does have high miles and I cant predict the future but if anything major happens I will help you out" as I did with covering the labor of the transmission installation. I have no problem helping out as much as I can like I have been. But you have to realize that when you buy a vehicle with higher miles for 2500 before tax title and licence, that there will possibly be issues with it, its not a brand new vehicle and thats why you're not paying 23k+ for a new vehicle with a warranty. If you want to buy the transmission lines and fluid I will take care of them for you so you can take your trip to Texas.  I hope we can work something out and resolve this matter.  Thank you.  [redacted]

I just wanted to let you know that Jesse [redacted] at highline motorsports has completely taken care of everything that we had issues with on the truck and I am one hundred percent satisfied with him and his business. So I would like you to take the business name of the Revdex.com website. Thank you
