I am rejecting this response because: I told [redacted] not to start the paperwork just a few hours after leaving her office because I was unsure if I wanted to hire her attorneyI told her that and she did the paperwork anywaysBecause there was no case or anything started with the attorney, I don't understand why she started anything, even after I told her not to on FridayI told her I would contact her on Monday if I was going to go with her attorney, I contacted her first thing Monday morning and told her no, that is when she said she did it anyways and that I could not get a refundShe told me with signing her contract it would be all paperwork for my case, her exact words were "your whole package"But the case was never started and now I am unable to get a refundI am requesting a full refund

Firstly I like to address this by saying she hired me to complete paperwork and signed a contractThe contract states exactly what the services provided Please see the attachment contractThe documents were completed in a timely mannershe hired a fully retained attorney to handle the
case and wanted me to give her a refund on what I had already completedI told her per her contract that is not an optionI asked her to come pick up her completed documents but she refused and demanded a refund

This simply is not trueI had my process sever in the office with us as well as the attorney on the phoneShe said she needed the documents completed either wayShe paid cash and signed a contract and gave me the ok to complete the contracted workI did tell her I would give her a partial refund for not serving which would be $but she refused to accept that as wellThis whole situation is baffling me I have never had a client sign and pay but tell me to waitThis makes absolutely no senseI will agree to a partial refund for the work which was not completed which is service

I told her I would contact her on Monday if I was going to go with her attorney, I contacted her first thing Monday morning and told her no, that is when she said she did it anyways and that I could not get a refund.
