I started a simple VA refinance loan 30yrfixed through Sentrix Financial services on July 23rd and was completed on Sept 11thThe loan was locked in at 3.85% through their agent *** *** They only asked for two pieces of information from me: 1) they had me sign the incorrect contract and they emailed me another I responded with the new contract within one day 2) They asked for a lot survey which I responded within one hourThrough Mr*** delays the lock was not goodHe had to re-lock the rate in for 4%, his words were it is only $more a monthNot much! $times equals $over the life of the contract
I emailed the President of Sentrix *** *** but she has avoided me on all correspondence therefore I will assume she will not respond to my email request that they share in the uptick in my contract
