resolved because:
The owner contacted me weeks ago and said he would complete the work. He has not, however, and I have not heard back from him since.  Please let me know if there is something else I should be doing

Review: Sentro Construction did not complete the agreed to services in accordance with our contract. Specifically:

1 - They re-paved our driveway but did so unprofessionally. I had 3 separate construction firms provide a review of Sentro's work since the driveway post Sentro's repair continued to accumulate rain puddles (this was the primary reason we had the driveway re-paved). Each firm agreed that the work was not done properly and that the entire job needed to be redone. We communicated this to Sentro several times and the owner, John, initially tried to convince us that this was normal. Eventually, John agreed to re-pave the driveway to remedy the situation but after weeks and weeks of communication, never came back. Eventually, I had to pay another firm to re-pave the driveway. This resulted in significant additional time, inconvenience, plus expense. After we had the other firm repair the driveway it finally no longer accumulates puddles.

2 - In addition to the driveway, we contracted Sentro to re-pave our back yard deck plus install a fire pit. They never completed the fire pit work - vents were not installed, ignition switch was not installed, and some of the stones were placed upside down. Very shoddy and incomplete work.

3 - They re-paved our deck in the backyard and some of the stones are already coming loose.

4 - Sentro left a significant amount of stones and materials in our backyard which are an eye sore plus have adversely affected our lawn.

When we first obtained estimates for this work (June 2015), we ultimately chose Sentro in part because John promised to have the work complete in 8 days. This was in June and we are now in November and the work is still not complete. John has promised many, many times to complete the work but has proved to be a con man. I don't believe he ever had any intention of completing the work on time, as promised, nor completing the job, as promised and per our contract.Desired Settlement: Complete the job as we agreed per our contract and as we paid for.

Review: contracted to install pavers at my home ,work started in September as of today pavers are loose and are sinking in several places. I can not use this space it is not safe. I have been patent ,now the contractor will not return my calls . I have many photos I have sent him over these many months please help thank youDesired Settlement: I have paid $14,500.00 ,I have an invoice of the cost of materials at $7582.26 .a refund of $7018.00 so I can hirer to finish the work .thank you

Review: Contracted to install pavers for 1100 sqf terrace. Pavers are loose, some are sinking and not aligned after just 6 months.

Sentro [redacted] is not answering calls and hangs up after calling without phone ID. I have been very patient for almost a year now waiting for the repair.

He promised 5x times to do the repair, never showed up.

Need help, please.Desired Settlement: Loosed stones need to be fixed - sinking areas adjusted so the terrace can be used again and will be child safe.
