Once again I am Hurt and Disappointed in you Chester you only see and hear what you want you hide behind words like Punch list and Scope of WorkOn Oct 2017, When I met your Nephew *** your Production Manager and he took those pictures that I demanded be sent to the Manufacture ***Once you saw those pictures I was expecting a phone call and apology from you for this kind of quality of work to be performed by your companyBut that call never came so I figure you were trying to figure out how this happened and what course of ACTION you were going to take to correct this mistakeInstead you have chosen to IGNORE who caused all this damage on the building and continuously try to push this building on me and except a damaged buildingYOU told *** the building sat due to customer getting permit blaming me for you BREACHING Your Contract by ordering my building Months earlyYou did not heed my warning and make sure the rust problem was addressed before erection of the building after you were informed of it on Aug when you were on my property putting up Batter boardsThen your other Nephew Dallas your Erection Forman did not inspect any components prior to assembly, this is your lively hood you do this days a week? My advice to you at this point is go back and watch your You Tube Video you advertise (Construction of Metal Building in Gilbert Arizona) and (*** building in Gilbert AZ - Video This is why I asked the Revdex.com how does this contractor rate an A+ I know you are capable of producing quality skilled workmanship that is why I recommended my neighbor to youBut Once Again you need to Focus on why the problem arose and what I am willing to EXCEPTI will suggest options 1stis contact *** employee State of Arizona Engineer Roger Marinduque De C*** Srthe only Engineer that is stamped on my Building permit whom is authorized to make any decision on this buildingAnd I'm willing to considerOption #Is order all new outer skin panels roof and walls all new girts, purlins new insulation, gutter spouts and corner coversTake your pick because this is only what I'm willing to exceptNo Licensed contractor advertising a A+ rating with the Revdex.com should be surprised by a customer having to use this fine tool called the Revdex.com if the job was done right and the customer's needs were meet? The 1st rain fall we have had in the state of AZ since Aug was on the 9th of Jan two days after I filed my complaint this is why you are 1st hearing about itAnd this unprofessional response about offering to sand and re-primer my entire building you know was NEVER mentioned, Your grasping at strawsA quality Licensed contractor should know when the components to a certified Engineered building are damaged you cannot even offer this repair which I would Never even exceptIf I may refresh your memory before the Yavapai Building and Safety would even issue a permit this was one of the red lines you had to correct which is dated May These building are a one shoot deal they are not meant to be erected and piece meal repairedLike you did on that window they scratched the panels which I showed *** and he admitted they pulled on the gutter that is why it leaked, also you can see finger impression pry marks were they pulled the panel apartI can except when *** tells the truth to error is human to forgive divineBut when you told me in October you were tired of dealing with me and never called and apologized for damaging my brand new buildingI started watching you a little closer and at this point I don't see the contractor I hired back on 12/19/as your Apples to Apples comparison chart indicatesI paid for a Brand New Building and that is what will be setting on my property when all is said and doneAfter you complete my building and all is excepted we can address the personal financial damages settlementAll progress on my building has come to a stop since Dec because of damage you have set upon me, so I have no Water, Electricity or Sanitation which were scheduled for October then rescheduled for late Dec or early then CANCELLED.All change orders will be in writing here forth!GUY (Just remember GOD is watching)On Jan All the screws extending thru the roof from the center westward were dripping water as the sun melted the frost on the roof ? Maybe it needs thicker insulation ? or should have been spray foamed ? More water damage. On Jan Yavapai County Building and Safety and EEnergy were notified about the Damage and will have to be kept up to date as to when construction will be allowed to continue? Before this is done I Know I deserve an answer as to why you ordered my building moths early or before June or the permit was issuedI can only speculate you knew about the geological permits and had to seal the deal, This assured you a sale and took away my option to build something that did not force me to spend an extra $on an over X to get the Building PermitOr was it because you moved to your new location on NKenworthy Rdand you needed quick cash to stay afloat ? You advertise no debtWonder Why ???You can RUN !!!From this Retired Air Force Disabled Veteran, But you can not HIDE!

Mr [redacted].   I was at your property on Nov 8, 2017 with [redacted] our Operations Manager, Dallas our Erecting Forman and our full 5 man erecting crew to address any and all concerns you had with your building.  We replaced a window on that date due to a manufacturers defect, removed some...

concrete chunks you had collected, adjusted the door sweep at the bottom of the walk through door and were prepared to sand and repaint the red oxide primer on any steel pieces you had concerns with.  You asked us at that time not to attempt to do any painting.  Even though the building was not completed and the Yavapai County permit was not finalized you had already moved your travel trailer and belongings in and were living in the building and didn’t want to move your belongings to enable us to do any painting.  You indicated at that time that you would do any sanding and repainting of the primed steel if you felt it necessary.  You had held final payment on the building up to that time and when we completed your requests you presented us the final payment and indicated your satisfaction with our work.  While we were there one of your neighbors was walking by and in conversation with him you “highly recommended” us to him should he want to build a building on his property.  Since that time the only contact we have had from you has been a request for warranty information which we provided as requested and a request to address a leak on one of the rain gutters which we did in Dec 2017.   Your complaint to the Revdex.com is the first we have heard of any leaks at your windows.  We would be glad to address these leaks at the earliest date convenient to you.

Over the past few weeks we have attempted repeatedly to contact Mr [redacted] directly.  These attempts have included telephone calls, voice mail messages, emails and text messages.  We have had no direct response from Mr [redacted] and as such have been unable to further address his concerns. We have requested that he contact us directly as soon as possible in order that we may resolve this matter.

Worth the wait!

We just can't say enough about the Sentry Builder's team. 100% in house staff means no sub-contractors & NO sub-standard work. Their professionalism, attention to detail, & quality of workmanship are beyond compare. Chet, Denver, & Dallas are with you from beginning to end. While there was a wait to get started, once the concrete went in they did not stop until the job was done! Watching these guys work explains the demand. A fine example of teamwork & pride in a job well done! 110% recommended for your building needs!

I reviewed several metal building contractors during the process and I made the right choice in going with Sentry Builders. They are very professional from start to finish. All of the employees knows what they are doing and work very efficiently to get the job complete. Should I ever have a need to build another metal building, I would look no further than to call Sentry Builders again.

This company was worth the wait. Chet was great, responds to texts and phone calls. The concrete team, framing team were all on point. The overall time start to finish was about 5.5 months, and it was worth the wait. I would use them again and plan to. They made sure I was happy to every detail.

Chet and the people who work for him are great. All question we had had answer we could understand not talking over us at all. The time schedule for work to be started and completed was on the mark no delays at all. Work site was cleaned daily, a big plus for me and my wife. Prices were the best I could find. I feel we could not have found a better builder. Top Quilty Work and Product.

Our experience with Sentry Builders began with them listening to us as customers followed by an accurate Bid. The project was done within the budget and completed on time. The quality of the finished building exceeded our expectations. The subcontractors were well managed and delivered a high quality project...they under promised and over delivered!

Chet and his team are professionals. They know there business. From the design, permits, to the amazing concrete and building crew, the most courteous and hard working group. It's the little extras they provide that make the biggest difference. No hidden costs, and service that's top notch.

My experience with Sentry Builders goes back to my first few months as general manager of [redacted].
As a publicly owned facility we are obligated to under go a complex bidding process. Sentry Builders always puts together a professional and competitive packet that more often than not wins the job.
When I see that Sentry has pulled a bid packet I am usually very relieved, because I know that there will probably be a very well done project at the end of the process.
We are in the public event business and more often than not we are up against a deadline. [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] never let me down, not in terms of a deadline or in terms of quality.
It is rare to meet craftsmen who care as much about what they produce as they do. While I can't just work on a handshake I am certain that a handshake is all I would need with Sentry Builders.
[redacted] General Manager [redacted]

Excellent work.
These guys have their own concrete crew and their own erection crew. They worked well together and it was obvious that they had put up steel buildings before!
My building came in right on budget and schedule.
We are very satisfied with the job that Sentry Builders did for us.
Thanks [redacted]

They followed through on everything they said they would do and on the Time and dates they would be there to constuct our 6000sq.ft building

I'm happy to tell everyone about my new shop that Sentry Builders built for me. Sentry Builders did a fantastic job. I spent a lot of years in the construction industry and I have to say that Chet W[redacted] and the Sentry crews are positively the exception to the norm. Their concrete work is flawless, dead flat and finished to perfection. When it was time to erect the structure they hit the ground running and didn't let up. There was no cussing, smoking, complaining, nasty tempers or loud obnoxious music and the job site was kept clean start to finish. Everyone of them worked vigorously and efficiently. They each knew how to do their job and eagerly helped the others to do theirs. The Sentry crew put up my shop in three days. Can you tell that I'm impressed? They were very patient with me and seemed to try to do everything they could to make me happy and I am.

Sentry Builders constructed a 50' x 150' building to be used by St. Johns Emergency Services as Fire Station #2.
The process was very easy to work through, and [redacted] and his associates were very attentive to our needs. The building was completed on schedule and with no issues with the contractor.

I am a general contractor, I worked with Sentry builders on a project where the previous contractor closed their doors. They do very good work and I will use them again

[redacted] was an outstanding project manager both taking the time understand what I wanted but also keeping me updated at the project progressed. The job site was left nicer than when they started and the workmanship on the building exceeded expectations, especially the finish of the concrete. I would recommend Sentry as a source for steel buildings.

What can I say? From start to finish, the experience with Sentry Builders was very positive. When our steel building was finished, we had more than what we had hoped for. We had a 35 foot by 35 foot building with two covered over-hangs and windows. Our building is well made, well insulated, attractive and functional. It will, no doubt provide years of service. Sentry stands out above all others in that they helped us define what we needed, provided great, honest, consistent communication, and stuck to the original, very reasonable, price bid for the building. I highly recommend them.

Could not ask for a more accommodating contractor to work with.
His employees were extremely careful and professional throughout
the entire building process. I have passed Sentry Builders number
on to many. The building was finished on schedule and we are very happy with the way it turned out. [redacted] was always willing to work with us on any aspect of the build. There is no one else we would use.

My name is Tim in Apache Junction I had sentry builders build a 30 x 50 x 12' about a year ago I waited a year so that I would really know the quality of their product after a year I can say that every part of the building from the slab to the roof is outstanding 100% quality I was Leary of spending the money but having Chet and his crew build it for me was the best decision I couid have made for a steel building
