fraud by telling me one thing and then doing something else", these are the most outrage and erroneous statementFirst and most importantly the patient's insurance is not the responsible party to pay for patient's treatment in any medical or dental treatments, rather the responsible party is patient himself, the insurance company is only third party who pays the difference between contractual fee and patient's copayment.The insurance company pays up the maximum annual which varies from a plan to planMrN*** yearly maximum, is and was $1500, his insurance fiscal yearly calendar is form June first to end of May of each yearFrom August 2016, to his last visit March 2017, *** *** has used all his annual maximum paid by his insurance, to the exact amount of $1499.75, the remaining of unpaid balance is his responsibilit iesHe has given the treatment in his satisfaction, that each time he commanded me for the quality of dental work he has receivedBut when comes to his financial responsibilities, he makes such baseless allegationAs a matter of fact I have been extremely fair to him and until a month ago had not proceed to collect unpaid balance for the service he has receivedI was and am entitle to charged him for unpaid balance based on my own office fee and not the contractual fee with his insurance company, as a courtesy and him and to help him out as a patient whom I have seen since 2007, I just asked my contractual fee which is 30% less than my office fee*** *** has no concept of understanding how insurance company works, and what is patient responsibilities I and my office staff tried many times to explained to him how does his insurance worksAfter all we have singed agreement with *** *** that he is ultimately responsible for all the cost of the treatment he has recevied and a ll outstanding balanceHis allegation is completely baseless, and not truthfulI am willing to present all my documentation to any court of law to show and prove his baseless allegation and accusation
