We had a very poor experience with this company We called them out for water all over our basement floor--a contractor had looked at the air conditioner that morning while at our house and said to call an air conditioner company because the drain line looked clogged We called this company out--they looked around for about an hour and approached me three times stating they could not find a problem They eventually said it was the coils and the air conditioner needing replacing We replaced the air conditioner but the water in the basement continued We called this company back out and the technician stated the issue was a clogged drain line Exactly what we called them out for originally The technician suggested I call their manager and said the manager would "make this right" The technician agreed that the situation was not right I called and talked to a gentleman (not sure if he was an owner or manager) He was extremely rude We would not recommend this company to anyone!!!
