David M at Viking I insurance gave me false information about my car and made me go buy a new car because I thought my car was totalled but in reality it was not and he told me afterwards that he had made a mistake. It took over 3 weeks for them to solve my car issue. Issue still isn't solved. I'm having to total out a car that was never totalled in the first place and could have been fixed. He made a very crucial mistake.
