*** now called sentry management has been harassing me for several yearsThey have made my experience with HOA the worstThe representatives are very rude to their customers by not listening, over talking and disconnecting the phone conversation Anytime there is an issue it's very hard to get in contact with anyone and once you do they are NOT helpful, nor have any concern for anyone When purchasing my next house I will assure that this company has absolutely nothing to do with the community

Sentry manages our condominium complexThey are very quick to collect HOA fees but not so much to resolve issues in the communityThey are defensive when approached about problems in the communityThey look for excuses and justifications, but not for solutionsThey do not work to improve the community that is getting worse and worse with timeThey are NOT open to hear what neighbors are experiencingGood citizen get frustrated and end up moving away from the communityIt is a sad and difficult to solve situationI would be nice if the management company would care for those who they are collecting fees from and representingUnfortunately, that is NOT the case

Sentry Management should not be in business They have been very rude and have done absolutely NOTHING to address my concerns I have written several emails to request information and no one there feels the least bit responsible to respond
I just requested by email a copy of our association's information book but there was a problem with the deliveryOf course! Whether by phone or by email, you should be warned that you will get zero response In short, this company's employees apparently were trained to create havoc and frustrate the very people that employ them All*** breaks loose if a homeowner does't pay their dues but , who is making sure that Sentry is doing their job? Legal action can go both ways

Sentry manages our condominium complex. They do not return their online contact form, emails or phone calls, even with more urgent items like a leak in the roof. They are not available to owners when needed. They have ignored our multiple requests to speak and to have someone come out to inspect the roof. We paid our own plumber to inspect the walls and he verified it was the roof. We have tried for nearly 4 weeks to have Sentry fulfill their management obligations to fix the leak and the damage to the condo from the leak, with no response. Even when escalating an issue to a manger they continue to not respond to voicemail or email.

Sentry recently bought out our previous HOA management company. This week I received a "Fine Notice" from them stating that I was violating association rules because I allegedly had mildew on my driveway. They further indicated I was being charged $100 per week until I fixed this violation. Under our HOA rules I should have first received a notice of violation and given an opportunity to fix the problem. In addition the picture of my property does not show mildew on the driveway. I tried to respond to them via email, but the email address they listed returned my email as undeliverable. Sentry sent similar letters to many of my neighbors. If this is an indication of how they plan to manage our HOA, then I think potential homebuyers would be reluctant to purchase a home in [redacted].

I have read the complaints about Sentry Mgmt and totally agree that they should not be in business.
There have been our mgmt. company for 3 years and our financials have never been accurate. I have emailed, called, sent proof of owner payments and now sent a termination letter, in which we will not pay their termination fee because they have not upheld their part of the contract.
In the last 5 months I have sent emails with proof of owner payments and still they go un posted to the owners accounts. one such should have a month balance due, and they have this owner owing 4 months.
I cannot believe how inept their accounting department is, plus they nickel and dime us for everything. what started out as a fee for $550/mo, sometimes ran $1000, because they charge us for running copies, etc that is used in their office. Several other charges I have found that do not make sense.
They do not respond to my emails and when I do get them on the phone, its ... i'll call you right back... and never do.
We are done with these people, my last email today was to their accounting department and their officers, and the local office in Rockledge. My next email is going to the State and the licensing board.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! They do absolutely nothing. They are the management company my HOA uses and they are the absolute worst. The vice president, Amber, pretty much thinks she is better than everyone else. She literally told me that the board members don't talk to people in the neighborhood b/c, get this, they are going to get shot!!!! We live in Fishers for goodness sake. Get a life. She also admitted that I was lied to by my neighborhood's contact w/ Sentry. She also told me that it was okay for you to not follow the HOA rules. Seriously. What kind of a management company is this. I really wish I would of recorded my call with her to let everyone I know listen to this extremely rude person. I will never purchase a home that is "run" by Sentry Management again. Absolutely horrible. If you are going to purchase a home that has Sentry Management as their management company do not buy it!!!!!!
