I am rejecting this response because: If you will notice on the *** invoice the installation date is dated 9/14/the car was dropped off at his shop on 9/14/after 5pm, I have emails from Ken B*** one dated 9/28/telling me that the transmission had just arrived at his shop and he would keep me updated, this was sent to me @2:10pmThen on Friday, Sept.28,he sent me an email saying my car was ready, HOW? this email was sent at 2:34pmThere is no way if they close at 6:00pm each day that my car is repaired that quicklyI did not have this problem with my car until, this shop put in the first rebuilt transmissionI've had problems with this car ever sinceIt is not electrical, contrary to what he and his so call techs sayEvery other shop that I have taken it to says otherwise, it is the transI want satisfaction, this has been going on for over a year.

This vehicle has had a re manufactured (factory) transmission installed(See attached invoices) Please note ***'s signature and
agreement to transfer the warranty (years or 100,miles) to Transtar.This car has had the same issue with two different transmissions, one rebuilt by Cottman, and one rebuilt by the factory, *** has been told many times that the D light is caused by an electrical problem from somewhere in the wiring harness to the transmissionAfter many attempts to locate the short, we decided to install a different transmission eliminating any issue from the transmission that Cottman rebuiltThis is not an internal transmission problem, nor an install problem
