In regards to [redacted] experienceMost of what Mrs [redacted] said is correct with a couple exceptionsIt is true the wrong carpet was installed which she noticed several days later We depend on our manufactories to label it and send the correct carpetIn this case the roll was labeled correctly but the carpet was wrongThe installer has no way to know thatWhen she called I reordered right away and it takes about to days to receive the replacement carpetWhen that roll arrived we opened it to inspect the color and match it to our sample board but found the piece had streaksI called [redacted] and let her know right away and again reordered the carpetThe third piece arrived and we went out as soon as she would allow us to as here schedule seems to change week to weekWhen we arrived it was the same color as the piece we had previously installedAt this point [redacted] and I were very upsetI called Mohawk and demanded they get to the bottom of this since it was bordering on insanityThey sent up a factory rep with their own sample boardWhen she arrived we found that we had sample boards of this product and the had been miss labeledThe numbers had been reversedSo every time we ordered they were sending the wrong carpet since the color numbers had been reversedSo when we inspected the new piece that arrived against the sample it looked correct on our endWe have tried to do our best and this has cost me time and money at every turnWe are sorry we had this trouble but it was not due to my installer or our store [redacted]

We depend on our manufactories to label it and send the correct carpet. In this case the roll was labeled correctly but the carpet was wrong. The installer has no way to know that. When she called I reordered right away and it takes about 7 to 10 days to receive the replacement carpet. When that roll arrived we opened it to inspect the color and match it to our sample board but found the piece had streaks. I called [redacted] and let her know right away and again reordered the carpet. The third piece arrived and we went out as soon as she would allow us to as here schedule seems to change week to week. When we arrived it was the same color as the piece we had previously installed. At this point [redacted] and I were very upset.
