Thank you for getting back to me with the details.Yes, the matter has been solved so please update the complaint accordingly.Best.***

Hi ***,
Please see below my response to this I would request that you take our information down as non responsive, since I am dealing with this matter immediately,
following the incorrect name and address for our group
Unfortunately we were met with issues
from the beginning with Mr *** on his campaign
Mr *** operates out of Morocco and uses web designers in Africa to build and construct his site When the site first came to us,
we made technical fixes that helped the traffic grow and allowed us to continue in our work, promoting Sun-Trails.com as one of the leaders
for Morocco based tours He had also been victim to a very spammy link building campaign from his previous SEO firm
Two months in to the project, Mr *** completely redesigned his website from scratch without informing us The URLs changed, including
all of the technical fixes and content we had provided He also had a 'parallax' design installed, which in our professional opinion causes
complications for any search engine to crawl properly
Three months in, Sun Trails was hit by the 'Penguin algorithm' (***) update This and the website
redesign set us back further
Over our time working with Sun Trails we had to spend a considerable amount of time removing and disavowing links from his previous black hat methods.
Mr *** had been building irrelevant, spammy links to his site before he came to us, which caused the site to be penalized
To assist further, we offered a complete website redesign at a drastically reduced rate to help with our efforts We continued
to advise Mr *** that the structure of his site, and it's servers being based in Africa were causing the site to load extremely slow,
something again that was hindering our work Yet he continued to decline our offer
We would then install fixes and continue to improve the site, only to have his tech team in Africa reverse the work we had done
At the point Mr *** advised us he wanted to cancel, we offered a free website design worth $20,to bring the site to a U.S server and
stop any further complications He declined At this point, we agreed to part ways
We do not believe a refund is owed While we make every attempt to market our clients as the leader in their industry, this client continued to
use a cheaper and unstable website technician, who not only reversed fixes we made, but continued to hold the site back from proper development
For the small budget Mr *** had, we believe we did everything in our power to help get him recognized by the search engines
To give you an idea of how our efforts were increasing, against all odds, I've attached a snap shot of how the rankings were growing in one of his reports(keywords
removed for privacy)
Should Mr *** wish to discuss this further, our company attorney has reached out to him
Thank you

complaint filed against SEOHaus was a mistake. This company and people who work there (especially [redacted] and [redacted]) are super nice people. What turned out to be a misunderstanding has been resolved

We believe this review to be unfair and unjust.  Moreso, the client had called us afterwards to apologize for leaving the review, blaming anger and misunderstanding on his part.  Nevertheless, we will highlight just exactly what we achieved for the $3,000 investment.

[redacted] started work with our agency in February this year.  For $1,000 per month we:
- Managed a search engine optimization campaign
- Managed the clients social media
- Ran an effective Public Relations campaign
- A complete website redesign
When the campaign came to us, the site had zero traffic, zero rankings and no exposure.  The bounce rate was amazingly high.  It was literally starting a campaign from scratch, and without a mutli thousand dollar budget, we feel we offered a very comprehensive campaign and relayed expectations very well.  After three months, this is what we achieved (and it's worth stressing, none of this was through paid search)
- Over 5,000 hits in traffic
- Features on the product in a highly prominent Los Angeles based magazine and an online cruise review magazine.
- Fully integrated social campaign
- Website design to assist with conversions
- Plans to launch a promotion around beach goers
The client's complaint was that we didn't hit cruise blogs.  Solely focusing on cruise blogs was not a strategic move which we advised.  The product is a beach accessory and warranted exposure to anyone that might attend the beach more so than Cruise goers.  Thus, the potential for sales through surfers and beach goers was a huge move.
After driving over 5,000 hits in traffic - the client saw minimal sales.  So we designed a complete new website to assist better with conversions.
We discussed all of our work with the client on June 12th, where he understood and agreed of our strategy.(before leaving this review)  We had also planned a summer promotion to beach goers along as others, to upload videos of themselves using the sharkpack.  At this point on the call, the client was happy with our strategy.
Unfortunately the complaint on the Revdex.com came out of the blue as we were making great progress.  Bill had called us around two weeks ago to discuss moving forward as to which he apologized for leaving this review and stated it was done so in misunderstanding and anger.

Review: I hired this company to do SEO. They did not. I spent $3000 with them and received $200 in sales. This is unacceptable and I demand a complete refund. I hired them to reach a particular target market. cRUISE SHIP passengers. They took it upon themselves to do everything else. This resulted in no sales and no return on my investment.Desired Settlement: $3000 being sent back ASAP so I can hire a real SEO

Review: To Whom It May Concern,

I own a small business comp. I had created a website and gave SEO Houz company access to it so they can update my website and integrate SEO (search engine optimization). For two years I was waiting for results, but nothing has happened. So I cancelled payment for SEO. After that they shut down my website (hosting was part of SEO contract) and demanding money for couple unpaid months even thou I said I do not want them to provide me a service which has no results. They fed me with promises that soon my website will be in front page of google and I will start getting call from people. Never happened. 0 calls, My website was never in front pages of google. My website traffic details supposed to be emailed every month, received maybe 3 of them only in two year span.Desired Settlement: Option A: they return my latest website [redacted] files and we even.

Option B: I want refund for all those months I paid you for not fulfilling your promises.

Review: I have used SeoHaus for 7 months and the results were less than disappointing. 7 months in the campaign the number of visits was down 54 % compared to my previous year. I was paying 400 USD every month for 9 keywords. into my 7th month none of the keywords was rating higher than 7th page on Google US ( my chosen market place) and some of them were as far as 20th page. During the 7 months contract with them, they weren't even capable of suggesting changing the URL's so as to include the keywords. I wonder what exactly they were doing all this time.Anyone interested in more feedback, feel free to contact me at [redacted]Desired Settlement: Full reimbursement required.
