Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I have pointed out several listings that we never updated or accepted from the citation sources you pushed the data tooYou have made the following contradictory claims; that our score has increased but as we check our listings they are not updated
This leads me to believe that these sites either Apick and choose what data they wish to accept and take or B our data was never pushed outI submitted photo evidence to the Revdex.com and you can only back with did notShow the Revdex.com and OTT how you have been able to address our complaintsYou can not, because it never happenedWe followed through and made every meeting and call that was scheduledWe did not take you up on the last offer for a dashboard training as we already had it with Rachael K*** on 11/15/at 2:00pmRachael advised on that call that we had been doing everything correctly and did not need to make any changesShe was going to follow up with me on Friday November 18th, 2016, which is the same day that Jaimne K*** and Mark C*** were supposed to follow up with me on the long list of issues we detailed outAgain Moz is not listening to us at allThis complaint and our other email are falling on deaf ears
We want our money back, the Moz system is broken and does not work as advertisedWe paid Moz in good faith and even as you have admitted that your system has had some issues, that we are not entitled to a refundWe have meet each and every single requirement and Moz has notMoz breached the contract, yet they refuse to issue us a refund. Their entire system is brokenThey contact us upsell us on a new service and it was determined that we were never provided a dedicated manager for our accountWe tried repeatedly to get these issues address with MozThey chose to talk first and listen secondEach issue we highlighted was not addressed and still persistsWe have errors with all of our accounts and they are unable to refute the issues we have highlighted with proof that the issue were resolvedWe were offered a 10% refund on a service that has not worked for monthsWe have wasted timemoney and resources trying to work with Moz and create the issues ourselvesHere is an excerpt form Sarah B*** the Moz CEO: "I am seeing different data than youI'm seeing that your listings have been updated in all of our directories, except Factual and some SuperPages."In fact we keep being told we are wrong and that we need a product tutorialIf did this times and the issues is with Moz not getting our information updatedBy their own admission that admit that they did not update out of citationsThe number is out of and two of those partners are sister websites that share the same dataMoz needs to supply proof that our records are 100% correct to have any leg to stand on, which they can not prove.Sincerely,*** ***

The 'proof' you're seeking about the quality of our services is available in your account dashboard. You'll see the vast majority of accuracy and reach scores 80% and above. Where there are data challenges, most of those are related to Superpages where Moz cannot manage that data while the customer or OTT have already claimed those accounts.  If you release your claiming, Moz can service the affected Superpages accounts.  
We have pushed the data you submitted to Moz to our partners. We will continue to work with you and our partners to make the data as consistent as practicable. Please note, subtle variations are expected since each partner has different policies about how they display data.
