For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.As you can see by the attached scanned copy it clearly says "gift certificate"I do not wish to accept the resolution purposed because I do not believe this is a reputable answer to the complaint as she levels accusations she cannot back up and I do not offer empty threatsThis is printed with gift certificate on it and I believe print trumps intent They may intend it to not be a gift certificate but that is what is printedI believe the best resolution in order for this to be an amicable resolution is receiving my money backI do not wish to do business with this salon and I do wish to exit this relationship without being forced to return there. I believe that in the future this business owner, would wish remove the words gift certificate froM the card, if she does not wish to honor it as such.Please advise as to the reply.Thank you,*** ***Regards,*** ***
