We did contact the customer and let them know that our technical support had looked at the videos that the customer sent and tried to troubleshoot the issues. We... informed the customer that the low water pressure could come from the black filter piece that is inside the shower head unit. We advised the customer to check the black filter by taking the shower head apart at the handle. We asked the customer to examine whether all the filter slots are all open or some closed? If some are closed, we asked the customer to let us know so that we can send the customer a replacement part.
