Sepe Landscape

I hired *** and his company to grind a large stump in my back yard. The job was partially completed on 4/1/19. My house was damaged in the process. My house was damaged by the machine they used to grind the stump. The machine was squeezed through the entryway to my back yard. In the process it hit the corner of my house chipping the exterior foundation and scuffing the paint on my shingles. I alerted *** to the damage and the uncompleted job. He came to my house to inspect the job and the damage. He agreed the job was not finished. He advised he would come back with his team to see if it was possible for his team and/or the machine to have hit the house. I accepted this a temporary resolution but did advise that I would like to finish the conversation upon his return. Before *** left, I also advised that I was only concerned with the damage done to the foundation of my home. *** never returned with his team. The job was completed by his team but without him on 4/8/19. The damage to my house my never acknowledged again. I eventually received the bill in the mail and continued to wait for follow up from ***. I received a call from his assistance/receptionist advising they never received payment. I advised that I am still waiting for *** to follow up with my complaint about the damage that was done to my house. She advised that she would let him know. *** called me a few moments later. He was very combative and unwilling to have a conversation regarding the damage. I attempted to discuss the matter several times. He insisted that I told him I was not worried about the damage. I advised that was not true and attempted to refresh his memory. He advised that he will let his attorney handle the matter and did not let me discuss the matter any further. *** was not willing to have a conversation with me regarding the damage.
