so far I haVE HAD SUCCESS IN BUYING their PRODUCTS AND THEY HAVE LET ME PAY IN PAYMENTS AS I DO NOT Have A LOT OF MONEYtHEIR PRODUCTS WORK AS THEY SAY and I am pleased with them Now for the real testI took out their insurance and was told know matter what went wrong I was coveredWell todY I Had to have a plumber come out that they sent after calling septic maxThe plumber says it will be 1,at least to fix the problem and is asking me for money for repairsI do not have money and was told insurance would cxover all of the repairsPlumber just left my home not knowing if he will get paid as he never has worked with septicmax beforeI am just waiting to see what hAppensIf there is anyone out there that has had experience with them please post as I will go to Revdex.com if necessary.I want to give them a good review but at this time I can'tIf they do as they said I will tell everyone if not I will do the same I can not recmend this business as of yetI will tell you after they honer the contract or not [redacted] ***

I received a trial of their ENZA-PLUSI could see no difference in my septic's function than with the product I was usingI was lead to believe that there would be a label with the ENZA-PLUS that I could use to return the product if I so chose There was no label included with the shipment and their Customer Service will not return my calls and the person I talked to, Joseph, his phone is always busy It appears that this company is a little shady I will return their product and get a return receipt My recommendation is, "Do not deal with this company"

This company calls you and basically harasses you until you agree to let them send the product out, just to get them off the phoneThey then continue to call you trying to get you to buy additional products (service/protection plan for $12/ month plus an additional setup fee) They disguise their phone number to appear as a local phone number Their agents are aggressive and rude I have asked multiple times to be removed from their call list, but because I have purchased from them before I was told that that is not possible

The plumber says it will be 1,500.00 at least to fix the problem and is asking me for money for repairs. I do not have money and was told insurance would cxover all of the repairs.
