The [redacted] were told by the [redacted] County Health Dept. they needed a new system in October of 2014.
We received their request for...
service in Sept. of 2015. We proposed several options, and made several phone calls along with two visits.
After failing to get a response, we notified the health department official, [redacted],that we had not heard from the [redacted]. That notification, to [redacted], was because the [redacted] had failed to respond to their attempts at contact.
Since we are licensed, and we told Mr. [redacted] we were working with the [redacted]'s, it was our responsibility to notify the health department.
When Mr. [redacted] called them back, as a result of my call to him, I was preparing a letter to explain their options. Mr. [redacted] reached me by phone shortly after his call from Mr. [redacted]. Mr [redacted] also mentioned the health department, [redacted], were a " bunch of Gestapo's" and he would never let them back in his home. With their track record with the health department, and that statement, I decided a written response was in order. They decided to contact another contractor before I delivered that letter.
As for not attempting to contacting them, I totally disagree.
I sincerely hope their septic issues are resolved in a timely manner, and I am confidant that Mr. [redacted], and The [redacted] County Health Dept., will do their jobs in a professional manner.
