This is a business I would NEVER recommendI have just received my watch back from a repair in a total filthy conditionNot only that I picked it up to wipe it off and the entire band fell off Customer service was [redacted] and they take no accountability for [redacted] service They just want to argue with youThey dont want to listen Apology was weak, meaningless and was just wordsDON'T USE THEM!!! They just want to argue with you. They dont want to listen.
Apology was weak, meaningless and was just words. DON'T USE THEM!!! NO resolution.
