*** *** came to the office on July 10, wanting to get a prescription refill on medication to get him through to his appointment with a new DrI explained that *** *** was no longer here and due to regulation he would need to be seen by a Dr in order for them to write a
prescription for himHe became very irate and started yelling that we by law cannot do that, stormed out of the office yelling he was going to contact an attorney.He was sent a letter informing him that *** *** was leaving on March 3, On March 13, the day before *** *** last day he had an appointment with her, and at that time she gave him a month prescription and also informed him to seek another provider as soon as possible.We received this complaint on July 16, 2014, and he stated that he had an appointment with another Dr on July 17, There should be no reason to write him another prescription.We apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused *** ***; however, we are just following guide lines with medical regulations.Sincerely,*** ***Sequel Care of ArizonaOffice Manager
