Review: After paying $1955 for what was promised to be a natural looking hair process,I was totally dissatisfied with the outcome and hair quality when it was attached on October 14, 2013. The hair did not look natural, the part that I requested was barely visible. After complaining numerous times about the lack of a natural looking part, I was finally told that I could not get the part that I wanted because my hair was thin in that area. Had I been told that prior to purchasing the hair product, I would not have gotten it. The texture of the hair was hard. The hair was stiff, had no bounce and by the end of the day, it was sticking out(not laying flat) as though I had never brushed it. It did not look or feel natural. The hair was of poor quality and started tangling the 1st week it was put on. The hair netting started to tear after the 3rd week. I was told that this hair piece would last 3 years. That's hard to believe since a lot of the hair comes out when brushed. I was initially told that the monthly maintenance would only be either $66(for a half hour of service) or $88(for an hour of service). After paying the balance for the hair process, I was later informed that I would have to pay to remove and re-secure the process every 3 months which cost between $125 and $249 depending upon the time needed. I also was not aware that the $66/$88 did not include hair washing. That was more money. These additional expenses were not disclosed to me prior to purchasing the product. I was concerned about the $28 bridge tolls for each visit since I live in NY. In August 2013, I was told that someone was being trained and a salon would open in Long Island shortly. That never happened. I have been so embarrassed by the way my hair looks that often times I wear a hat. That is too much money to spend not to be satisfied.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $1955 that I paid. I did not get the quality product with a natural looking part that I was initially promised, which is a breach in what was agreed upon. The quality was inferior and defective. They were not forthcoming with all expenses before I made the final payment.

I am rejecting this response because: They tried to resolve the problem previously, but to no avail. I informed the company the last time I was there that I was not satisfied with the quality of the hair and I still did not have the part that I requested. Although I was told that the hair process would look natural, it continues to look like a wig. During my last service, I was told that that was the best it would be. Since that is their best, I have no reason to return. That is truly not acceptable to me. I am also not willing to continue to pay the $28 in tolls because I was initially told that a salon in Long Island would be opening and that never happened. Long Island is closer for me and I would not have to pay tolls. In conclusion, I am extremely dissatisfied by the results of this hair process. The hair does not lay flat, hair comes out in the brush, the hair is stiff and looks like a wig. If I wanted a wig, I would have paid far less. I paid for what I was told would be quality and unfortunately, that's not what I got. I tend to wear hats often. I am requesting the refund of $1955, the cost of this hair process. I cannot continue being uncomfortable with my hair and want to resolve this matter.

It was determined by an expert that the hair that was given was synetic and that it was not Asian Hair or human hair and I am therefore requesting a full refund of my money. I have been scammed by your facility as I did not received what I ordered. I have repeatly been promised by your facility that this matter was going to be resolved and that I would finally get the hair I ordered last year and I still don't have the hair and I am out $3,152.00. The hair that I am presently wearing is not the HAIR I PAID FOR. I am sending a copy of the letter to the Revdex.com and I am seeking a Judgment for my entire money to be paid to me immediately, if Not, I will see you in court and you can explain to a Judge why I was given synetic hair and not what I ordered. Thank you. [redacted]###-###-#### Please call me when I can pick up my refund money and I will not file the complaint. if not we will deal with this in court. [redacted] is wearing the hair as of 5-15-14. I really do not understand why she is asking for her money back. She does not have any future appointments so I would suggest she calls to set them up. if she needs adjustments she will need to call us.

This matter has now been resolved. They finally gave me my hair that I paid for. Thank you for your assistance in finally getting this done!.

Review: Product was not accurate. Tried to make the product fit when it was too small.Desired Settlement: I would like at least a 50% refund. Which I think is more than fair.

Review: I sent a hair repair process to the company to be repaired in Feb 2013.

I received repair in Oct 2013 which was poorly done.

The process back out for repair by the president [redacted] in Oct 2013 with a verbal agreement to have it done in 8 week or I would receive additional discount.

I sent several emails and left messages with secretary to [redacted] to get an update of the status and to request an additional discount for the inconvenience.

[redacted] has not comply to the verbal agreement at this time nor give me an updated of the repair.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to apply a discount of 15% for the overall repair and get the hair back to me as soon as possible so I can move on and deal with another company..

Ms [redacted] hair was received on 1-31-14. She was contacted as to the delivery and is scheduled to pick up her hair on Saturday 2/8/14. We appologize if there was any inconvenience while we were trying to make the hair exactly as she wanted it. We will apply a 15% credit to her balance of 317.00 that makes her balance 269.00 due when she receives the hair.

I am rejecting this response because: Although the quality of the hair was better, this time than when I received in in October.

The hair piece I received was 10 inches in length from ear to ear and the length 5 inches front to back. This attributes to the reason that the hair on the hair process I so thin. I had a thin process on my very first order with sequence. The hair did not last long because it sheds. After my 1 process with sequence, I always asked for thicker hair.
