I purchased a couple pairs of Heelys for my children throught the Heelys website. During the purchase proccess the website had a banner that stated if purchased by the *** it will arrive in time for Christmas. I made the purchase on the *** of December, by the *** I still did not have an email with tracking so I sent out an email asking for an update because it was getting really close to Christmas. It is now the *** and I have not gotten a reply back from them. Our shoes arrived on the *** of December and I had to purchase my children something different so they can have something to open for Christmas. I sent out another email on the *** requesting a refund and I have not gotten a reply to that email as well. I'm very dissapointed with the false advertisement and lack of customer service. At this point I just want my money back. My order number is

Review: I purchased a down coat manufactured under the label of [redacted], a company owned by the Sequential Brands Group at the [redacted] department store located in [redacted] approximately in October of 2013 for $129.99 but began wearing it in November of 2014. I have since lost the sales receipt.

The coat continuously leaks intolerably large amount of feathers and down onto all the clothes I wear under the coat.

That results in my clothing constantly looking dirty and unprofessional in the office setting where I work and negatively impacts my image and relations with the management and colleagues alike.

Since I have never experienced such problem with any other down coats ever purchased, I deem this coat defective, hence expect to be refunded full purchase price.

As of today I have spent over $100 dollars worth of dry cleaning and sticky rolls trying to alleviate the problem fruitlessly.

I contacted the brand manager, [redacted], in my attempt to resolve this issue amicably through the company channels (I requested full refund of $129.99 purchase price) for this defective coat as un-wearable.

[redacted] advised me that I must settle this with the [redacted] department store where I bought the coat. I visited the store, but since I had no sales receipt, the store refused to help me. They stated that even if I did have the receipt, since it was more that 30 days since the date of purchase, according to their store policy they would not help me and send me back to the Sequential Brands Group which owns [redacted], the label under which the coat was manufactured.

I related this information to [redacted] via e-mail and have been trying to contact her ever since to no avail. She is 100% non-responsive.Desired Settlement: Full refund in the amount of $129.99 for the defective merchandise sold to me by [redacted], a company owned by Sequential Brands Group.

Review: Customer service and accounting department will not honor my refund. All I wanted was an exchange however [redacted], do NOT exchange.

I purchased a pair of [redacted] in November 2013. After Christmas I submitted a request, through [redacted], for an exchange. I received an email dated 12/**/13 that and exchange cannot be offered at this time but I am able to return the product for a full refund and purchase a new pair. On 1/**/14 I sent my second email asking for the status of my refund. On 1/**/14 I received the following email([redacted])>>>We apologize for the delay in response as we are experiencing a very high volume of requests at this time. We have confirmed receipt of your return and a refund in the amount of $78.33 has been issued to the card ending in 8360. We appreciate your patience with this matter and look forward to servicing you in the future.<<< I then responded that I spoke with [redacted] in customer service on 1/**/14 that the credit card used for the purchase was no longer active due to Targets credit fraud. She advised me that she will enter a request to have a check mailed to me. On 2/**/14 I spoke with [redacted] in customer service who also spoke with my financial institution where she was advised the NO record of a refund in that amount was received. She was also advised that my checking account was CLOSED completely on 1/**/14, and [redacted] advised that my refund was processed on 1/**/14. [redacted] then transferred me to a man in Accounting, named MATEO who also spoke with my financial bank and was provided the same information as [redacted], prior to the call being dropped. I was simultaneously sending another email to [redacted] while on the phone with the bank. I have yet to receive a response. On 2/**/14, I sent another email requesting a status. [redacted] has not been returning any of my voice message at this point. Three weeks ago, [redacted] told me that [redacted] in accounting will return my call. She has NOT contact me. I spoke with [redacted] again a few days later and she advised me that she can leave another message for accounting, still not contact from them. On 3/**/14, I spoke with [redacted] who then transferred me to MATEO and he advised me that he will research and call me back, for sure. I have NOT heard from him. My bank does NOT have a record of the return. I can only assume my refund is in LIMBO, somewhere in the universe. All I wanted was an Exchange, now I dont have the shoe or my money back.Desired Settlement: I WANT MY MONEY BACK. $78.33.

Review: I have been trying to obtain a refund from the Heelys corporation since January 2014. With NO response from the company

I purchased a pair of heely shoes from Heelys.com for my son for Christmas on December **, 2013. In January, I contacted the Heely's company to inquire about how to refund the products (shoes and a beanie hat) because we found a pair of Heelys in a local store and no longer needed the pair I ordered online. They took several days to respond to my email inquiry. When they did respond they indicated I needed to wait for a shipping label and a return authorization form they would provide. I waited several days for that as well. When I finally received those items I returned the products via UPS. I received a confirmation from UPS that the package was received by Heelys on February *, 2014. As of March **, 2014, I am still waiting for my refund. I also have an ADDITIONAL unauthorized charge from the Heelys company on March *, 2014 for $91.77. That is in addition to the initial charge of $91.77 that they debited my card for in December for the initial purchase. I am attempting to get my refund back as well as the unauthorized secondary charge. I have emailed the company NUMEROUS times to get someone to tell me when or where my refund is and NO ONE will respond to my request for them to call me. The website offers NO phone number to contact them. They only have an email accessible form of communication. The last contact I have had with them was to tell me that their "refunds department" said that all I returned to them was a beanie hat - not shoes. Even though the proof of delivery form I have from UPS shows that the package I sent was 4 pounds. Not sure what kind of hat weighs 4 pounds. I am very disappointed in the level of customer service they provide. I was under the impression that the Heelys shoe company was a reputable company. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciatedDesired Settlement: I am looking for a refund in the amount of $183.54. ($91.77 I initially paid for the shoes and $91.77 for the unauthorized charge they debited my account for 3 months later).
