All work was fully completed that Ms*** paid forWhile on the job site, I noticed that Ms*** had a hole in her
wall approximately 16"x 24" where an old return air duct use to beWhile working at her job site I observed her many cats trying to enter the holeI felt sorry for Ms***, due to the fact she had stated that she lived alone and didn't have anyone to help her with projects around her houseI told Ms*** after I fully completed her project, that I would return when I had some free time and put a piece of drywall over the hole, so that her cats wouldn't be getting under her houseMs*** filed a complaint with ***, stating that I did not complete the projectI would gladly submit a copy of Ms***'s invoice showing the work that was billed outAll of that work was fully completedAnyway, after she filed that complaint with *** for not recieving her free work, that I was going to do out of the goodness of my heart, I have no intentions of helping this woman

Mr *** at no time gave me an invoice for the jobIt was a verbal agreementI value a persons wordWhen someone tells me that they will do something, I am under the impression that they will do itMr *** told me that he would patch a hole in the wall and replace a toilet handle which he told me which one to get and it has been sitting here ever since the last time he was hereI called and text him to try to get things finished up so that I could continue with what I had to do but he just kept putting me off and then never heard anythingOnce he was paid he was goneI dont want this to happen to others
