I am paying off a debit with Sequoia Financial and don't understand why I can't get any paper work on my accountI make payments online with my account number and that's all I seeIt doesn't show my name, payment history or anythingI feel it make be a scamHow can I get something in writing showing my account? When I asked about this with one of their agents,Michelle, who has called me twice when I had already made a payment, she told me over a month ago something was in the mail, but nothingShe is very nice, but I'm making payments to a number on a websiteI need to know it real

Watch out from this fraudulent business! This debt collector refused to give me information about my debt and they are trying to collect a debt I do not recognize

Sequoia appeared on my credit report. Never heard of them. Never received any notice of a so-called debit to the City of La Verne, a place I haven't lived in for over six years. Right off the top I'm suspicious. Any collection agency that doesn't send the required information/documentation for proper dispute of an alleged debt prior to collection action on a credit report is suspect, at the very least. Going to be very interesting.

I'm Dealing with them right now to settle a debt I owe. I don't understand why they have to charge me interest . I should only pay what I OWE nothing more!!. Horrible.
