Review: Our contract was set on April 30, 2014 and Don B[redacted] has still not completed the project. His company also damaged our property with no replacement given. Don has failed to replace arb trees which died within two months of installation. We have 6 trees that need to be replaced. He has failed to maintain the weeds on the property. He has failed to install a two panel gate on the property. He has mentioned on numerous occasions that he will be here, however has failed to show. He also has not returned any of our calls.Desired Settlement: I would like 6 of our arb trees replaced. I would also like our hoze nozzle to be replaced. I would like the property to be weed controlled as promised. I would like the gate installed asap.
