Sequoia Tree Service Inc. Reviews (1)
Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/07/22) */
Good Morning @ Revdex.com-
Below you will find copies of the last (2) pieces of e-mail correspondence between Sequoia Tree Service Inc& *** ***For clearly obvious and valid reasons we have been busy with multiple tree care
projects*** Wards tree removal is 50% completed, (with the imminently dead and dangerous portions removed.) Per the last (2) e-mail communications below, we have attempted to contact *** to make arrangements to get out onsite to complete the remainder of the workApparently her dissatisfaction with these attempts prompted her to file a Revdex.com complaint, which quite simply add's another layer of administrative paperwork to go through, hence only further prolonging the process of getting the work done, and not in any way facilitating communications to help expedite the scheduling process on our end to get in and complete the work
Per our last (2) e-mails below, which I can gladly forward copies of, we can look to get in to finish the work, upon ***'s giving us a flexible window of dates of availability to complete the workWe would like to apologize for any inconvenience our production calendar schedule may have caused herObviously as a tree care service provider, as does any business, we have to allocate a certain amount of time and resources to complete projects to our clients satisfactionIf we concurrently have to provide emergency tree care services, we sometimes have to give priority to jobs that present greater levels of risk and safety to our clientele, and have to prioritize accordingly*** indicated that she was waiting to put a new roof on her house, and I indicated that we could put the removal on hold until that work is completed, and she indicated that she preferred to have the tree removed firstThis was her decision to makeAs I had to make a decision regarding a large and dangerous tree that could fall on and crush several properties , with occupants inside, I felt this to be the greater priority

Good Evening ***-
I will look to get out on either Thuror Friday of this week during the afternoon, sometime between12noon-2pmThe contract may have been signed 3-months ago, but the City had not approved it until very recentlyI have clients that sign contracts and don't push to get the work done for months, for obvious reasons, as trees take years to grow in the first placeSorry if your anxious and we have been busyPlease let me know if Thur& or Friday work well for accessThank You!

Good Morning ***-
We may have a 20% chance of rain on Thur& Fri., and I did not indicate to you that we would be completing the job by Thuror FriI indicated to you that we would look to get out to continue the work on one of those days, "ideally"
*As indicated before, we just need a window of dates to get in to finish completing the work if she is still interested in having this done
**If for whatever reason she is not, we would just need access to the property to remove our equipment which is still onsite, and valued at well over $Please Advise, as we would like to make amicable arrangements to finding an agreed upon solution to this problem

Let me be clear that I can grant you access to work on the tree, not to simply remove your gear and abandon this jobPlease, Please just finish this project
