SER Roofing put a new roof on the house we were purchasing in April of We moved in November of Once some of the snow had melted we noticed the roof in our garage leaking in January of Drywall on the ceiling had fallen down - and we contacted SER immediately to investigate and fixThey offer a year workmanship warranty on their workEarly February someone offered to come out and look at itOver the months of February and March we went back and forth with SER who said they had fixed the issue - only for more water to come through and more drywall to fall in the garageAt one point they came to our house without permission and went on our roof during the dayOnly texting us afterward to tell us they were there and of course - that they "thought" they fixed it this time (spoiler - they didn't)It is now March 30th and we have been attempting to get them to our house again to investigate further and fix the problem - but they have not responded to usWe have emailed with only an email back asking us to call themWhen we call - no answerWe have left voicemails and sent more emails with no responseOur roof is leaking, and more damage to our garage every time it rainsThere now appears to be mold starting to grow in the damaged drywallThis is unprofessional - and makes SER look incompetentI would advise anyone to NOT use them for their services, and they cannot handle fixing a leak in a roof that they installedI will be reaching out to another roofer for a quote to fix the mistake that SER cannot seem to handle on their ownWe should not be having issues on a roof that is less than a year oldSave your money, time, and effort - go with another contractor from the start

Recently purchased this house back in August Prior to closing SER installed a brand new roofOctober my wall started leaking in the kitchenIt leaked through the wall and down into the basementI called SER, they sent a guy out the next dayDetermined it was a flashing issue (which they did not do correctly when installing roof) it rained all weekend and they said they couldn't do anything until MondayThey came out Monday, resolved the roof issue no problemI talked with a man name ***, who was the owner of the companyHe said to make sure the roof does not leak anymore and that he would come back out and have the damage to the dry wall fixedCalled him a week later, after it rained to let *** know the roof does not leakHe said he would call me back when he got ahold of his dry wall guy to set up a date to come fix the wallweeks went by and I never heard from ***I reached back out to him and he said he was working and to send pictures of the damage so he

Review: We contacted SER to install a new roof on our home. The work was completed to our satisfaction and we paid SER in full for all service and materials per the written contract. Howevet SER did not pay the materials vendor, who in turn put a mechanics lien against our property for the cost of materials, which we've already paid SER for. Now SER will not return calls.Desired Settlement: SER to pay the material vendor in full and have the mechanics lien removed from our property.
