Perfect restaurant, great breakfasts!!!

Review: I had breakfast at this restaurant on 9/*/13. The next day when I was going through my receipts from the weekend, I noticed that there was a charge on the receipt called "Open Food" with a charge of $6.00 or (6@$1.00). I did not order (or receive) any additional items during my meal. The rest of the charges on the receipt were for items that we ordered and received. When I called the restaurant the next day to inquire as to what this charge was for, the Manager of the restaurant said it could have been "anything" and why didn't I look at my receipt when I received it (instead of a day later). I told him I didn't expect to be charged for items that I did not order or receive. When I asked to speak to someone else, he hung up the phone. I tried to contact the company corporate office but no phones were answered and my email hasn't been answered. I understand this restaurant has a good reputation but the way I was treated by this manager is unacceptable. He was defensive and rude and, when faced with a possible "mischarge", his response was that I should have scrutinized the receipt when I was there. It appears, from his response, that this restaurant may frequently "mischarge" customers and it is our job to make sure they do their job correctly. I will never step foot in this restaurant again and I advise the public be very aware of this possible "scam".Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card refunded for the charge of $6.00 for the item that I was charged for but did not order or receive.
