purchasedwas fully serviced and detailed before it was placed in our Retail Display, see the enclosed repair order U*** to verify the work that was doneAlso see enclosed Retail NADA Value Sheet for the 2007CommanderPlease see enclosed the NADA for ***'s trade in car, which I've circled the averagetrade in, and the car was certainly NOT in average conditionThe car was heavily smoked in and hadmany cigarette burns in the seats and carpeting, as well as worn tiresThe events that led to ***'sdissatisfaction are as followsThe check engine light came on the day after she purchased the vehicle,which we repaired on December 16th giving *** a loaner carSee attached repair order U ***.The car was picked up by her the same day December 16th *** called with an unrelatedproblem the next day December 17th stating that the transmission over temperature light came onShedropped the Jeep off refusing a loaner car and stated " you can speak to my attorney"See repair order# ***I personally drove the Jeep approximately miles and had our attorney contact her attorneywhen the Jeep was ready for pick upWe got a second opinion on the problem she was having, the onlypossibility in the matter is the after market car starter which we removedSee invoice # ***Pleasenote the problem was not found and no codes were stored in the computer*** decided to pick upthe Jeep on approximately December 25th and called us on December 28th stating the transmission overtemperature light was onWe brought the Jeep to a local Jeep Dealership see attached invoice # ***miles with no problem foundAlso note we supplied her with a loaner vehicle during this visitWepersonalty delivered *** her Jeep on January 8th to her residenceAs you can see we have hadthe vehicle for repairs, of which for the same problem, the other time was unrelated, since shepurchased the vehicleThe repairs were done in a timely professional manner on the unrelated issues.Please feel free to contact me with any questions on the matter.Sincerely,Michael S***
