[Thank for the response, I under stand the SUV was sent to the Serah Auto repair shop via [redacted] towing I was surprised to find out the key was missing and Sersh Auto repair shop checked the car every where including the ignition switch Shersh Auto repair shop claims that they have hours Surveillance Camera monitoring It is hard to believe that the Key was not left with the SUV Since August till now, I have not been able to use the SUV and I have been paying around $a month for the SUV insurance and I was not able to use the SUV in the winter Now again the SUV is parked in my driveway with Dead Battery and the hood will not open, I cannot jump start the SUV to bring it back to Serah Auto I would like to request Serah Auto arrange for the towing, fix the hood and replace the battery since I have already paid for the repairs and the new BatteryI have paid the invoice in full Thanks, [redacted] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] ***

To, Revdex.com.This vehicle was towed to Serah Auto repair shop in August The tow truck driver did not give a key to this vehicleI looked for the key several places glovebox, under the mat, above the visor, ignition switch, the key was not in the vehicleNow I am confused and angryThis customer did not provide a keyThe hood latch was taken off the vehicle, submerged in penetrating oil, this loosened the latch and was then bolted back on to the vehicleThe latch was working properlyCustomer states the bolts are broken on the hood latchI was not aware of the broken boltPlease keep in mind I still do not have a key for this vehicle, and is parked to feet away from the building., so therefore making it difficult to do repairs.Yes the old battery was tested with a meter, and replaced with a new interstate batteryAs far as the battery issue, I am an authorized Interstate Battery dealer, so I carry interstate batteries, these batteries carry a FREE REPLACEMENT WARRANTYThis customer should have contacted me direct, I would have gladly replaced the battery for free with a new interstate battery.Why did this customer not leave me a key for this vehicle? In April 2015, the key mysteriously appeared and was found in the ignition switch.This is the bt that went on with this vehicleI have hour surveillance cameras recordingMaybe this customer went on vacation or something, I do not knowSerah Auto can replace the battery with a new oneIf the bolt is broken we are willing to fix this problem with no charge to the customerHowever, there is a bill attached to this statement for storage of this vehicle on Serah Auto propertyThank you for your cooperationBHUPINDER S

[Thank for the response,  I under stand the SUV was sent to the Serah Auto repair shop via [redacted] towing.  I was surprised to find out the key was missing and Sersh Auto repair shop checked the car every where including the ignition switch.  Shersh Auto repair shop claims that they have 24 hours Surveillance Camera monitoring.  It is hard to believe that the Key was not left with the SUV.   Since August till now,  I have not been able to use the SUV and I have been paying around $50 a month for the SUV insurance and I was not able to use the SUV in the winter.  Now again the SUV is parked in my driveway with Dead Battery and the hood will not open, I cannot jump start the SUV to bring it back to Serah Auto.  I would like to request Serah Auto arrange for the towing, fix the hood and replace the battery since I have already paid for the repairs and the new Battery. I have paid the invoice in full.

customer did not provide a key. The hood latch was taken off the vehicle, submerged in penetrating oil, this loosened the latch and was then bolted back on to the vehicle. The latch was working properly. Customer states the bolts are broken on the hood latch. I was not aware of the broken bolt. Please keep in mind I still do not have a key for this vehicle, and is parked 40 to 50 feet away from the building., so therefore making it difficult to do repairs.Yes the old battery was tested with a meter, and replaced with a new interstate battery. Serah Auto can replace the battery with a new one. If the bolt is broken we are willing to fix this problem with no charge to the customer.
However, there is a bill attached to this statement for storage of this vehicle on Serah Auto property. Thank you for your cooperation.
