I contacted Sercal because we had a Trek with our youth and was interested in getting period style clothing. They have a $100 minimum order requirement. We had a few people interested in getting clothing so we put together an order. I had a question which I submitted on Saturday night, I had a response on Sunday. On Monday I placed the order and on Wednesday the items were delivered. They were responsive both to email and phone contacts and all the products were delivered as promised. I was concerned about receiving the items in time for our trek but they delivered everything as promised.
