Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/07/21) */
We poured the patio last year the village called for no permit. Both the homeowner and U.S. Called to double check it. Once the deck was built village told us permit was required that the new girl made a mistake. So to correct the problem we...

have to meet with the inspector to locate the post holes that were poured with the concrete with the original posts we left in the pour, I have been busy and particaly my fault for forgetting about it. Talked to homeowner yesterday and will make an appointment with inspector next week. As for the Central Air unit nothing was blown by us, I used my father-laws reputable company Emergency Refridgeration. Once he hooked it back up he made sure it was working properly, they informed her that no one has been cleaning it properly from the beginning. For him to use a torch, the only reason is to soder the freon lines. He wouldn't put a torch for anything else. So who ever sold the new unit gave her misguided information. My father-in laws company has over 50yrs of service. Everything worked fine when he left!

I have not been able to get back there yet, the original posts were never taken out I added additional post holes, if the decking they added over the patio is the same size post holes should be easy to find. If the deck was made bigger then posts are in wrong spot. I don't understand why inspector wants me to locate the posts when it's an easy find by the inspector or homeowner I said I would come out once I am able but this could have been resolved a long time ago instead of waiting on me to get there. The homeowner and myself were told we didn't need an inspection in the beginning. Now I need to drop what I'm doing to go locate the posts!

Mr. [redacted] told me claims he unilaterally poured the concrete and post holes all at one time. He also stated that he left the original post holes. The original owner of my home built the deck himself. There were only three concrete blocks to support the beams of the raised deck. The other two beams were built into the ground and rotted. One third of my deck was literally collapsing and had to be removed. That is why I hired a contractor, to do the job right. I have attempted to attach a picture where you can see the prepared rock prior to the concrete being laid. If Mr.[redacted] poured the post holes at the same time he laid all the other concrete, why aren't there any wholes dug out for that concrete to fall into???
