I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I understand their office protocol however there is no reason a portion of the bill that is not affected by current insurance outcomes should not be given to me while we await the insurance companiespecially decision. Furthermore, none of the response pro used indicated how they plan to expedite a resolution to my complaint.

Our office protocol is to verify benefits with the insurance company on all surgeries/deliveries.  At which time we offer payment plans or Care Credit options for the patient to apply for.  Due to HIPPA we will not discuss the patients well being or what extra patient care was...

required.  There are several dates of services outstanding from date 2/25-3/17/2015 that we are waiting on insurance payments on.  Once we receive the insurance responses and/or payments then a refund will be issue to the patient.  Insurance companies typically takes 30-45 to response.
