During a four-day stay the Wi-Fi did not work, and on one day they didn't bother cleaning the room. Wi-Fi was a major consideration for me for stay.
*** through *** my son, grandsons and I stayed at this motel. A major consideration when making reservations was good Wi-Fi. Not once during the entire stay did the Wi-Fi work. I ended up using extra data on my phone to save pictures rather than using Wi-Fi to send pictures. My grandsons and son were not able to fully use their phones because the Wi-Fi did not work. Thursday of our stay nobody came to clean the room. We left about 8:30 a.m. to go sight seeing and came back about 4:00 p.m. There was plenty of time for them to clean and leave clean towels.
I am seeking a refund of half of our total bill ($***)for lack of promised services and the amount of time I've spent contacting this company to get resolution of this matter (they have not contacted me back).
