This vendor was given MANY notices that her product was not priced nor was it marked with her vendor numberShe lost sales because no one knew what to charge
She placed things within her booth in boxes, nothing could be looked at, nothing
was priced, etc
Her fruit was pulled by the HEALTH DEPARTMENT, not our staff
When given her final two checks, along with 1/of her booth fee refunded, she RIPPED THEM UP AND THREW THEM AT USThose two checks totals over $She did not keep inventory, so she doesn't even know what items were sold
I have pictures taken of her items that were MADE IN CHINAShe did NOT sell high quality items; her booth looked like a yard sale
She has sent one email that was answered
This event was advertised on for full weeksThe vendor is deafI doubt she listens to the radio
It was also listed on SEVERAL local websites via press release

Where are the copies of the notices that the items were not priced? We priced everything!!!
Second; none of our items were made in China unlike the similar items that she was selling!!! We sell items we made our self or items over years old
Third; it was in the contract that her staff was to keep the booth cleanShe and her staff made no effort to keep this booth clean at all!!!
Fourth; we contacted Tri County Health our selfThey were never at that store so they did not pull the fruit; she decided to pull the fruit and the irony is she didn't pull all of it; she pulled some of it so she was arbitrary on that issue too
Fifth; she knew what we sold from the show CO Christmas at the Merchandise MartWe sold the same things at this show and she told us from the beginning she was fine with itHer staff did not keep the booth clean after buyers were by it so that's why the booth was messy as we didn't leave it messy there unless we were there adding things or making changes
There were no ads in the Aurora Sentinel; the main local paper for Aurora and many other vendors said they too saw no adsWe also heard no ads on the radio
The reason the cheques were ripped up was due to her and her staffThe anger when we are working our butt off to make some money that we badly needed while she and her staff did nothing was very real to usWe are low income; we worked out butt off including keeping the booth clean until we were no longer welcome there; restocking what sold; etc
We are owed all of our booth fee back $plus all our sslesShe also needs to add money on top of that for the lost sales due to her and her staffWe also expect interest on this money as the money was not paid timely and she had to have this complaint filed on her as she ignored emails.!!!
We talked to a website that advertises shows all over the country and she has a very poor rep with thempoint on a point scale so they know she is bad news too
Now kindly hand over our money!!!

Not only do I have witnesses regarding the submitters behavior, I have pictures verifying her booth, her items and receipts for all advertising done
Her complaint is unfounded

The fees on this show was $if you paid upfront in one lump sumYou expected to make at least times this amount to cover your costsBecause she didn't advertise; she didn't keep the booth clean; because she failed to have a lighted sign up to show people where the store was; because she didn't even have signs on the ground for days to tell people where the store was; etc etc; people did not make money and all of this was in the contractWe got a cheque for about $and if this check is for about $900; we didn't even cover our booth cost; much less the cost of the items; our petrol to get there and back to stock the booth and restock; etcThis means we lost money and we couldn't even get our taxes done because she failed to pay us on time!!!
Pay up lady in full with interest and its at least $
