Dear Sir;
I am a north Carolina jewelry artist. I entered into a consignment selling agreement with the previous owner of this gallery when it was called ***. We had a great relationship for over a decade. In the end I inventoried my work and was satisfied with our accounting of items. She sold the gallery to ***. We entered into a new agreement of consignment of goods. I waited approximately 2 years and saw my sales reduced. It was no longer an account I wanted to continue. Tracey mailed me back my inventory. I was sad to see it was not all accounted for. The amount was $938.5 for merchandise missing.
Other (requires explanation) I would like to be paid in full. I would like for this to be seen by other artists who might consider doing business with Serendipity.
was a vendor in the store. She presented herself as a jeweler when in fact many of the items were imported. Her sales were not were they were with the previous owner. Her submission of her inventory was an old copy from the previous owner filled with items that were never sent to our store. Items were inventories accurately were entered to the best of our ability. when she chose to leave the agreement all items were returned including a check for all sold items was sent to her which she did in fact cash. An explanation of all her so called missing items was included that explained that the computer listed them sold by the previous owners not our store. The accusation is therefore false. l
