Employees are rude. Problems have not been fixed. Complaints have been neglected to be fixed.
The employees at what was formerly known as park place apartments, have been rude and negligent time after time. They have continually used defamatory language against me to my face and behind my back. There has been several concerns and complaints that have yet to be taken care of. Every issue within my home has been neglected after repeatedly being brought to the employees attention. With one young child and another on the way, the way that I've been treated is completely unacceptable and can no longer be tolerated. I've been living here since May of 2019.
I would like the full refund of all moneys out towards my move in cost refunded. I also would like to leave without repercussions taken against me and without being required to pay the move out cost.
