Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: While this company has claims that there are no problems with these watches, there absolutely are problems that they are not admitting toI attempted to send them links with other similar complaints and for some reason, they were removed from my email to themI have attached a copy of all the emails back an forth for reviewI purchased this watch online November ***, received it 2-weeks later, wrapped it and placed it under the treeI did ask for a refund because I paid $for a watch that worked from December ***, when my husband put it on his arm, and it quit working on May ***! That is a lot of money for a watch to just stop working in that short amount of time! I did tell them about a Seiko that my husband and I both own that we have had for several years without fail except for a capacitor....the funny thing is....we paid about $each for themI shared this information because I felt they should know how they are failing their customers compared to other companies in the same field.What's even more disgusting is how they treat their customers! My first email was in no way rude or in an attempt to be demeaning, but every single email from them has been rude and obnoxious which brings the worst out in meI do not appreciate condescending and patronizing remarksI think it is very important for others to know how this company deals with their customers and how little they are willing to help them so that others do not end up in the same situation that my husband and I are currently in
