Don't send your loved ones anywhere that doesn't allow them to speak to you, if you leave you aren't allowed to take you belongings, especially things that are needed in order for you to safely get home. They don't answer the phone. If they are allowed to call you it has to be on speaker phone with a therapist present. The police said that they get calls all the time from concerned families who's loved ones left home to go there and haven't been heard from in weeks or people who have left and are out on the streets hundreds of miles from home and not allowed to take their ID or phones with them. Any place who does this has something to hide.
my husband is currently in rehab at serenity oaks wellness center. they illegally paid for his plane ticket there and for back home. they also convinced him to stay and do sober living in florida with free trade school, free cigarettes , all while the insurance claims they are submitting keep changing in the dollar amount. it started as 3999.00 a day during april and it has gone up to 5000 for the month of may. they will not tell me why the difference in the amounts for the months. they also told me that after the rehab the most we would owe is 1500.00. but I have received 3 bills so far that are close to 3000.00

Client acknowledged financial responsibility by signing a promissory note which included transportation expenses and deductibles due upon admission. Our facility's treatment protocols include different levels of care or treatment and each level has a different per diem rate.
A week before clients complete treatment, a discharge plan is developed in which clients decide where are they going to continue treatment and in what capacity.
